Your PC frequently powers off unexpectedly during idle or light usage but restarts when under stress. Temperatures remain normal, and shutdowns only occur with USB ports. It won’t turn back on unless you reconnect it fully. The issue might relate to the power supply unit or uninterruptible power supply. What do you think?

Switch the RAM slots. That should probably resolve the issue.

I've already tried that. It still works the same. Now I'm working on turning off AMD's performance boost in the BIOS to save power and give the PSU more room.
