My computer used to run csgo smoothly at 200-300fps, but now it drops to 50-100fps, which is frustrating since my monitor is 144hz and I'm used to that speed. Pubg was also running at 60-90fps before, now it's at 40. What might be causing this issue, or should I consider upgrading my PC?

It may require some fresh thermal paste or a thorough cleaning. Remove it from your system and check if there is dust buildup, or if the heatsink appears misaligned. Also, verify the actual temperatures being recorded. It’s possible you unintentionally changed the fan curve to silent mode.

I believe the package didn't contain thermal paste.

These idle temperatures look acceptable. You might want to test by running Furmark for 15 minutes to check if the GPU keeps its frame rate and temperature without throttling, then consider reinstalling the graphics drivers.
