I was using my laptop when suddenly the screen lost signal. I assumed it was the monitor, so I unplugged all cables and reconnected them. After shutting down the PC from the case and restarting, the issue repeated—even while streaming or browsing. The last action was updating the graphics drivers. I’m unsure what to do next, any advice would be appreciated.

Check the PSU specifications first. Reset drivers to the earlier versions—the newest isn’t always the best or most compatible. Avoid getting caught up in hype; stick with the reliable options and don’t upgrade until something breaks. Some updates may be beta releases and aren’t ready for regular use.

I did that but I found out the problem. sometimes I'd slam on the desk or something like that my pc stops giving display, other times it happens randomly. So do you know anyway I can fix that (BTW I don't know my PSU Specs, this is a Prebuilt.)

Is your setup on the desk? Ensure the monitor cable is firmly attached. A "prebuilt" PSU won't provide enough power for a modern system—upgrade to a 750W model from a reputable brand. For the investment you've made, consider a reliable UPS for protection. CyberPower is my top recommendation.

The HDMI connection on the monitor seems faulty. My PC is from CyberPower, and after inspecting it, I didn't recognize the brand of the power supply unit.

If it's the monitor port, the device restores to RMA status. For pre-built items, avoid actions that cancel the warranty.
