Hi,
I encountered a problem today. I removed my GPU in order to sell it, connected my display port to the motherboard for integrated graphics, and initially the PC started working well. However, it froze after trying to open Discord, so I decided to shut it down and restart it. Now I’m stuck in the BIOS.

I’ve already attempted various solutions: clearing CMOS, resetting the BIOS to defaults, unplugging and plugging back in the SSD, and booting with peripherals disconnected. Eventually, I managed to select the boot device using 'F11' to force a Windows launch, but I encountered a blue error screen displaying "system32 logfiles srt srttrail.txt".

Using the command prompt and other troubleshooting tools, I tried different fixes, but nothing resolved the issue. Currently, I can only access the BIOS, as the Windows troubleshooting blue screen is no longer available when I press F11—only setup is accessible, and even F3 didn’t help.

Details about my PC:
Power Supply: Corsair Rm 650x
RAM: 2 x 8GB Corsair LX Vengeance
CPU: Intel i5-11600
Motherboard: MSI Z590-A-Pro
SSD: NVME M.2 Samsung 970 EVO

sounds like a failing drive and/or corrupted OS.
try running a new OS install from a flash drive and see how that goes.

Hi thanks for your reply,
I attempted to install a new operating system on a different SSD and encountered a similar issue. Initially, the process appeared to work well, but when the PC restarts to continue the installation, it reverts back to the Windows setup page instead of launching properly. I plan to test it with another configuration.
