My PC runs an i7 9700K with MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon 64Gb. It features Intel 660p 1TB M.2 SSD and a 7200 RPM MSI Gaming X Trio 2070 Super drive. Recently, while playing League of Legends, my system lagged, taking 3-5 minutes to start after closing the client. After restarting, it worked normally. On Friday, I tried Diablo 4 beta; launching took 5-10 minutes via Battle.net. While loading, nothing happened except unresponsiveness. Opening apps or browsing caused issues. Task manager showed drives dropping to zero, CPU at 5%, memory unchanged. Once games started, performance improved. This repetitive delay is becoming bothersome. I've performed a clean install, defragged the HDD, checked RAM, and updated drivers—no improvement. For comparison, LoL uses the SSD, while Diablo runs on the HDD.
