so i got a new pc a week ago with an rx9070xt
i did not overclock anything and was testing cyberpunk2077 on max settings
suddenly my pc froze and when i froced a restart the monitor was locked to 60hz
and my secondary monitor stopped working on top of that no game is playable
i’m getting like 2 fps i can’t even reach the main menu
i checked with chapgpt and it said there’s no permanent damage
the gpu likely reset itself to low settings
can anyone help?
