Hi, I recently upgraded to a Ryzen 5 3600 a few weeks back. Since then, my PC turns on by itself when put into sleep. When installing the new CPU and motherboard, the Ryzen power plans were generated and applied. I looked for a fix but turning off the wake timers didn’t help.

Launch CMD and enter the command to check the last wake time or search for wake events in Event Viewer.

I faced the same issue too, I fixed it by checking all network devices and mice in "Device Manager," then turned off this setting: Spoiler But look in the "Event Viewer," and see what’s really triggering your device to activate. It might be a Windows update event that prompts the device to check for updates, so investigate the cause.

Check your UEFI settings to find Wake from PCIe options and disable them if needed. If it’s been activated recently, review any new software installations and consider uninstalling or turning off those programs. You may have a network interface card connected through PCIe, which could be a NIC.

I managed to fix it. I turned off the power using the keyboard, but I'm not sure if that was the right method. Mouse and WOL were still active when I used the PC. I'll experiment with different approaches.
