I was away from home for a few days and upon returning, my PC won't boot. The fan starts, everything spins, the keyboard lights up, but the mouse doesn't work and neither do the screens. It's strange that the keyboard lights stay on even when the PC is turned off—could this be a power supply issue or a mouse problem? Or am I missing something entirely? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Consider removing the CMOS battery briefly and see if it restarts the system.

I thought I fixed the problem by removing the GPU and reattaching it, but it remains quite sensitive at startup and other times. I’ll try the battery again, please.
