Pc specs:
Ryzen 5 5600X
MSI B450 Tomahawk
32GB(16x2) V.COLOR Prism Pro 3200Mhz CL16
ZOTAC RTX 3060
Corsair RM850x
Adata Gammix S11 Pro Nvme 256GB
Recent changes: RAM upgraded from 16GB to 32GB using Trident Z 16GB kit. Everything worked before. After the upgrade, games like CSGO or Escape from Tarkov ran smoothly, but when I minimized them to just Chrome or similar, the PC slowed down and lagged. The same issue appeared when editing videos with Vegas Pro, which became extremely slow after a few minutes.
Current status: My main SSD (OS) is at 56% health, and both games listed are affected, including Vegas.
I’m wondering if this is related to the RAM. I still have warranty coverage.
EDIT: Ran tests with HCI Design's MemTest, Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool, and Passmark Memtest86 – no errors found.

if you think its the ram problem, you can try to diagnose the ram to see if anything is wrong with it. here is a link on how to do it
