PC specifications can be found here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4fWWbL
My computer has been restarting for several months, and I suspected the PSU was the issue. Even after replacing it yesterday along with the CPU, problems persist. When it restarts, there is no BSOD, it just shuts down, displays a black screen, and then restarts normally. I have performed numerous checks: my BIOS is up to date, used ddu to install drivers, applied all the latest chipset drivers, rechecked PSU connections multiple times. Stress tests were conducted, but temperatures and CPU load remain high (65-70°C) while GPU stays at 80-85°C. No overclocking is active. Previously, it was connected via an extended power cord; now it uses the standard outlet. I’m using all provided cables from the new PSU. Crystaldiskinfo confirms the SSD is in good condition. There are still possibilities such as overclocking/undervolting, reinstalling Windows, trying older graphics driver versions, or using Wushowhide to prevent interference. I suspect either the GPU or motherboard might be the cause, since this issue only occurs during gaming. I would really appreciate some guidance or assistance.

When the system restarts under load, it often points to one of two problems;
1) Your hardware is overheating, triggering thermal safeguards
2) The power supply cannot deliver enough power when demand increases
Check your motherboard's BIOS version and attempt to remove all GPU drivers using DDU, then reinstall the latest drivers from AMD's support site. Run the installation with administrative privileges by right-clicking the installer and selecting "Run as Administrator."
Currently, no overclocking is active.
Is your RAM running at default speeds? Is DOCP turned off?
Try placing a fan near the VRM area to see if it improves performance.

The bios version is 7C02v3H. Ram is running at standard speeds, and features like XMP are turned off. I'm attempting to perform the ddu and install the software as an administrator now.
