I've been using this motherboard for three years now. Prior to that, I had a Ryzen 5600X and after about six months I upgraded to the 5950X. Following a friend's advice and based on performance data indicating it was consistently running at boost with high power draw, I lowered the voltage and fixed the clock speed to 4.6ghz. Whenever I ran stress tests like Cinebench, the board would shut down and restart. Since then, I've tried to avoid putting it under excessive load.

After a short period without power, it resumed functioning normally, showing no BSOD errors and maintaining normal VRM temperatures—well below the 105°C threshold I feared would damage them. This suggests the issue was likely related to the VRMs malfunctioning.

My setup includes:
- Ryzen 9 5950X
- Asus ROG Strix B550-F
- Crucial Ballistix 4x16 at 3200 MHz
- Asus TUF RTX 3070
- Corsair RM750

Have you attempted accessing the bios and resetting it to standard or original configurations? Adjusting voltage and fixing a specific cpu speed might lead to these issues. There seems to be no benefit in doing this with the upgraded cpu. Computer operation should remain smooth.

Yes, I reinitialized the BIOS, installed the newest release, and employed two stock CPUs (Ryzen 2600, 5600X). Despite this, the system would still power down after a short period even when not in use.

I would utilize a tool such as HWmonitor
https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
to monitor voltages, and cpu/gpu temperatures during the short period it operates. Try to identify any irregularities with your power supply, temperatures across all hardware and motherboard details.
