Hello, I recently purchased a new PSU and connected it to my PC. After turning it on, it briefly lit up for about two seconds before shutting itself off and restarting repeatedly. I suspect there might be a short circuit somewhere but don’t know where to begin. Any advice would be appreciated!

Yes, you are using the cables that came with the new PSU.

I will also note that the CPU LED is red, and the CPU cooler's LEDs are functioning. (the CPU fan port is connected)

I have taken off my RAM, and the system is running, but there is no video output at all—neither from the graphics card nor the motherboard.

When using a replacement PSU, does the previous one continue to function?

Removed all previous wires from the computer and used only those included with the new power supply.
