Hello everyone, I need assistance identifying the cause of the ongoing freezing problem with my iBUYPOWER prebuilt PC. System specifications include an Intel i7-11700F CPU, NVIDIA RTX 2060 GPU, and 16 GB RAM. The issue manifests as games freezing for a few minutes after loading, followed by complete system unresponsiveness—no input or audio. The only resolution is a forced shutdown. This occurs consistently now.

Testing results show Cinebench CPU stress test passes without issues, but the GPU stress test consistently freezes the system and requires a forced shutdown.

Important background: The problem started after updating the BIOS from F2 → F11b. Prior to this update, freezing was rare or absent.

I have tried a full Windows reinstall, installed a clean GPU driver (DDU), and attempted a BIOS downgrade to F2, which fails with “Invalid BIOS Image.”

Questions for you: Is there a safe or official method to revert to the original BIOS? Is BIOS version F11b linked to GPU instability with this hardware? Does this pattern suggest a BIOS, GPU, or power supply issue? Would further diagnostics or an RMA be advisable at this stage?

Feel free to share more details such as BIOS settings, error logs, or system serial information.

Thanks in advance for your help.
