System details: Windows 10, Ryzen 5 2600, HP RX 580 4GB, Tuf b450m-plus gaming, 2x16GB Patriot 3200MHz RAM, Asus PCE-AX3000 Bluetooth/WiFi card, Tuf gaming 750W Gold PSU, Kingston NV2 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe, and a 4TB hard drive with Windows 11 installed.

How is your processor being cooled? Regarding your build, have you tried using a single stick of RAM? What is the BIOS version of your motherboard? Consider removing our upgrades and testing if you can boot into the OS.
You might want to try using a spare drive with a fresh Windows 10 installation.
Just a note, make sure to skip two sets of specs—one before your upgrades and another after.
Do the "problem" elements consume more electricity than your earlier setup? I noticed you changed the power source, which is something I would have recommended. Windows 10 came from a good source.
Processor cooling is managed using the stock wraith cooler, maintaining temperatures below 60°C during a stress test atm. I have experimented with various configurations: a single RAM stick connected to the motherboard with six different sticks, including Patriot 4GB 2400MHz (two sticks), Patriot 4GB 2666MHz (two sticks), and Patriot 16GB 3200MHz (two sticks). I plan to remove upgrades and boot from the original hard drive, though I have already cleaned the installation three times. I attempted to add a before-and-after but it was marked as spam.

Windows 10 would have been a step back compared to version 11. The parts seem to be drawing more power, which made me think the power supply unit might be the issue. It had been crashing before, especially with a 500W Bronze, so I switched it to a 750W Gold.
