Hey there, I understand you're looking for more details about the crash. I can share what I know so far. If you need the full logs, just let me know and I'll send them over right away.

There are reliable methods to track this, though an oscilloscope would be ideal. For example, at 1:45 in the video referenced. From a software perspective, the best choice is HWinfo64, available at the provided link. In Sensors Mode it offers logging capability, allowing you to begin recording the system and saving logs after a reboot. Although it doesn't display millivolts or power spikes, it still records maximum power consumption and PSU voltage regulation across all its rails. This means if a rail like 12V deviates from specifications, you can detect it using HWinfo64 sensors.

This is what the forum focuses on. The OP shares their problem, we propose testing the most likely causes based on our expertise, and we'll check if the suggested solutions helped. If not, alternative fixes are discussed. No one has a clear understanding of the issue with a PC. Most troubleshooting efforts revolve around identifying the actual problem instead of solving it.

For example, with doctors: you have a health concern, visit a doctor who prescribes medication effective for 60% of people. If it doesn't work, you try another medication that helps 20% of the population, and so on, until you find the right treatment for you.

But in this case, all I see is complaints without actively assisting the OP.

i need some time to grasp this software, i’ve used similar tools before, but now i’m trying to understand all this info. this might take a few days. i still hope the problem was thermal and fixing my gpu fan will solve it, but i know better.

Start with this initial tutorial (ignore the cryptomining discussion);
Watch the video at the provided link.
For a thorough stress test, use the HWinfo64 logging guide here:

I managed to figure out how to start logging on my own. I’ll come back to this post if it happens again. The guide kept talking about mining without giving much useful info, and I think I already knew all this. This software is now quite similar to something else after taking a closer look.

I know it took about three months, but I figured out what was causing it—the GPU fan got stuck and wasn't properly seated. This issue happened after I installed a new SSD and adjusted the GPU stand to a position that caused the fan to jam and bent the GPU.
