Hello, I've been dealing with this problem for nearly two months. My PC frequently shuts down unexpectedly while using Spotify, Chrome, or even when idle. It only occurred during gameplay, not while playing other apps. I've attempted several fixes: resetting Windows, uninstalling and reinstalling GPU drivers with DDU, reducing memory and core clock speeds by 30%, and adjusting system settings. My hardware details are as follows: custom build, Windows 11 23H2 x64, BIOS version 7D22v3C. The system originally ran Windows 10, which I upgraded to Windows 11 later. There was a Windows 10 trial activation period before the final switch. All components are about six months old (bought in September 2022). CPU: Intel i5-11400f; GPU: INNO3D GeForce RTX 2060 6GB GDDR6; Motherboard: MSI H510M-A-PRO; RAM: XPG Adata D30 8GB X2 3200MHz; Power supply: Deepcool PF 650 (650W). The most recent minidump file is Dumpfile.rar. Event viewer information is available as well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Trying to reset windows rarely solves the problem. Often, a Kernel power Event ID-41 indicates that certain OS files are damaged, but determining the exact issues and repairing them isn't really worthwhile. The safest option is to make a fresh Windows installation media (on a USB drive) and reinstall from the beginning.
