You have a Ryzen 5 2600X and an MSI X470 Gaming Plus. Both were purchased to compare performance. When stress testing or benchmarking, your PC shuts down after about 20 minutes of use. You suspect the motherboard might be the issue. Any advice would be appreciated.

They increase the CPU temperature to near 83°C, then lower it to around 75°C with boost reduced to approximately 3.75GHz. The temperature remains steady for a short time before it drops.

After reviewing and re-running the tests, everything functioned properly. It seems the problem was overheating, not a shutdown. The CPU appears to be receiving excessive voltage, as indicated by the Core Temp spikes to 1.43V.
