If no bios appears, it likely points to a hardware issue rather than driver problems. Since drivers only become relevant after booting the OS, the problem probably stems from a physical component failure.

Since we didn't have other options, we attempted that one, though I'm a bit doubtful. I'll give it another shot this evening, but I'm not entirely convinced. If anyone has suggestions while you're thinking, feel free to share.

We explored all potential fixes and combinations, but it seems the PCIE slots on both boards ceased functioning unexpectedly.

Well, another update, my friend got another mobo, didn't work either, tried swapping the CPU, didn't work either lol

We didn’t write the update because we hit the case a bit too hard from the back, and it suddenly came to life. Not sure what that meant for it, but we tested it outside the case anyway—anyway.
