Hello everyone! I’m just starting out in this forum and have been dealing with some issues with my setup for a while. I recently built a new PC mostly with fresh components, reusing a few older ones a couple of months ago. It hasn’t booted properly or woken up from sleep, even though it goes through the POST and shows the CPU/drama lights flashing quickly. It keeps looping without checking VGA, just hanging forever until I press the reset button on my case. Once I power it back on or wake it up from sleep, it works perfectly every time—whether I restart it or shut it down and turn it back on.

My components are:
- Asus TUF Gaming Z690 Plus Wifi D4 12700k Thermal Grizzly
- 12th gen CPU
- Contact Frame
- Noctua NH-D15
- Chromax.black
- Kingston Fury 3600mhz 32gb
- MSI GTX 1080 Ti Gaming
- EVGA Supernova G3 650watt
- 6x Lian Li AL 120mm fans
- 1 Controller WD_Black SN750
- 1tb boot SSD WD_Black SN850X
- 2tb SSD WD_Black
- 3.5inch SATA HD WD_Black
- 6tb 3.5inch SATA HD Case: Fractal Design Meshify C

I've been experiencing the same issues with my 5900X for a couple of months. After @BiotechBen suggested memory training, it seemed to align with the timing of one problem, helping me realize RAM instability was likely the main cause. I still face occasional power drops during long outages, possibly due to PSU or GPU problems. I mostly keep it running and use a UPS to avoid such interruptions.
