I'm experiencing a problem where my PC won't boot after leaving it overnight. I think it's still POSTing but I can't confirm because the screen isn't visible. RGB lights work, keyboard and mouse respond, some lighting settings remain, but no display appears. My only fix so far is resetting the CMOS, which seems to restore the issue. The second device works perfectly. It might be the KVM switch causing instability overnight, or the DOCP Profile breaking during a restart. I don't want to lose my RAM speed, so I'm worried it could be related to the DOCP Profile. My setup includes an ASUS B650 PRIME PLUS with a Ryzen 9 7950X and RTX 4080, paired with two monitors from EVGA. The KVM Switch is AOOCOO KCEVE Dual Monitor Switch. Any suggestions?

No, it doesn't occur when the KVM switch is not in use.

The issue persists even when connecting directly to the computer.

To verify if the DOCP profile works, attempt to disable it. If resetting the CMOS restores performance, it indicates a BIOS parameter was altered. If DOCP is unnecessary, try activating it at a reduced rate so you retain its speed advantages.

You can check your current BIOS version and see if updates are available. Once installed, you might find tools or menus that let you adjust the clock speed without needing to reset the CMOS repeatedly.

The KVM isn't your concern.

Mostly rely on testing and adjustments. Begin at a low speed. 4800 GT/s? Start up and check stability. Wait for some time, then restart. Increase by 200 GT/s each time and continue. If instability appears, reset the CMOS again but apply the latest stable setting—then you should be fine.
