PC screeches like a DJ and stutters.
Hello. My issue is that my computer is slowing down, lagging, and making that strange squealing noise similar to a DJ whirring. I’m not sure what’s causing it. I restarted the PC three times without fixing it. I also cleaned the dust off, but nothing helped.
