Hi! I'm trying to figure out why my PC keeps restarting during games like LoL or Ghost Recon Breakpoint, especially when the GPU is on. The temperatures are high at around 70°C, and it works fine for basic tasks. The GPU LED near the PCIe cable stays on for two years now, and I've given up trying to fix it. The system details are listed above. Can someone help identify the cause?

Welcome to the forums, new member!
Motherboard: B550M-DS3H rev 1.0
BIOS Version: American Megatrends Int., F13, 7/8/2021
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B55...rt-dl-bios
There are pending BIOS updates.
Did you not specify the make and model of your power supply unit, as well as its age? I’m guessing this is the main reason for your problem, unless you’re experiencing overheating (thermal shutdown).
What is the model of your case and how many fans does it have, along with their orientation?

Tried running Ghost Recon Breakpoint after updating the BIOS to the newest release. Then updated the AMD Chipset Driver via the APP Center. After roughly 30 minutes, the system crashes but it didn’t shut down or restart. The monitors went dark, as if they weren’t connected. The PC remains powered on and I can still hear the game’s sound, though keyboard and mouse inputs aren’t responding. CPU and GPU temperatures are around 70°C. I was able to check the TDP values using AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition > Performance > Metrics.

Also, when I open the AMD Software after a restart, it displays an error:
"The version of AMD Software you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed AMD graphics driver. For details on resolving this, visit: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-300"
This issue usually appears before, and the usual fix is to uninstall the GPU in Device Manager and restart. Often when playing games, the options are:
1. Restart and boot into normal mode
2. Restart and boot into safe mode – then uninstall GPU under Network Displays in Device Manager and restart
3. The PC crashes but stays on; I can still hear the game audio and inputs aren’t working. Monitors also go black, as if disconnected."
