My PC has been experiencing a new problem that hasn't occurred before. It keeps restarting repeatedly, but after each restart it boots successfully. However, the changes made to the BIOS, such as overclocking the CPU from 3.1GHz to 3.2GHz, are not being recognized. Any modifications seem to trigger this issue. My system uses a Ryzen 3 1200 processor and an MSI Bazooka B350M motherboard.

Due to an issue with a-xmp, this problem occurred, but disabling it resolved it. Appreciate your support.

Three times is typical, of course, on Intel, but perhaps AMD behaves differently
