Experiencing issues where my PC restarts during certain games (Cyberpunk, DOS2, BG3) but not during others like FM24, ESO, BFV, etc. The crashes happen randomly, sometimes lasting hours without problems and other times occurring after about 15 minutes of gameplay. I've conducted several tests and even brought it to a local repair shop, who found no issues after three weeks despite the ongoing problem. Initially suspected overheating due to high CPU/GPU temps, but with the new cooler the temperatures stay around 60-70 at full capacity. There are no crash logs in Event Viewer; the only odd thing is that when the computer restarts, the audio switches from headphones to monitor output, requiring another restart to reconnect headphones. Any advice would be appreciated as I'm running out of ideas.

This symptom resembles a faulty PSU.

Ditto.
Here is a very good and reliable PSU as a replacement.
