PC fails to start when I press the power button. Occasionally it shows a display with the motherboard name before disappearing again. I must repeatedly turn the power switch on the PSU to get it to work. I've switched power supplies—Gigabyte 450, Corsair 650 Bronze—and even changed the GPU, but the problem continues.

Tell me about your hardware, especially the graphics card. The power supply might not be enough for it.

I own a Ryzen 3100 Sapphire rx580 pulse edition from Gigabyte B450 DS3H M.2 2x8, paired with Corsair 3200 MHT RAM offering 2 GB of capacity, and a Gigabyte PSU rated at 450 watts. Recently switched to Corsair 650W Bronze power supply.
