Hello. Your iCUE software update caused your monitors to go black, similar to a graphics card driver install. While watching a video with sound active, the issue persisted. After more than 10 minutes, you had to shut down and restart your PC. It’s worth noting you need to restart after each graphics driver update because your monitors won’t turn back on. Usually they resume normally, but this time it didn’t. I managed to boot into BIOS and the motherboard shows AO, which suggests a correct start. However, the boot screen remains stuck with a loading circle. After about 2-3 minutes, iCUE launched and your keyboard changed color to blue instead of rainbow. I’m guessing the system started properly but you’re only seeing the boot screen. I’ve attached screenshots and a video for reference. Please let me know how to remove this lol div widget. Thanks! https://youtu.be/QpcgyztYztc

Need to remove Icue completely. Delete all associated files, clear drivers, restart once, then try Icue again.

Consider what @PDifolco mentioned—if you're still stuck in boot, switch to safe mode to proceed.

Another issue occurred while updating iCue. Midway through, two monitors went dark and the main screen froze at low resolution. After restarting, it restarted on the Mobo logo but still played background sounds from Windows and other programs. It freezes during SafeMode as well. To reach my desktop, I had to disconnect the GPU and connect the HDMI to the motherboard. Right now I’m uninstalling iCue and all Nvidia drivers.

Installed iCue and Nvidia drivers, reinserted GPU, booted to desktop. However, during the latest Nvidia driver installation it reports incompatibility: "This graphics driver isn't compatible with this Windows version. It couldn't find compatible hardware." The monitor shows the desktop when HDMI is connected to the motherboard, but fails to connect via the GPU. Did the iCue break my 4090?
