PC remains locked in a restart cycle following the installation of a RAM card into the designated slot.
I just bought two new RAM sticks to reach the full 32GB capacity, but whenever I try to install them in slot number 3, the computer keeps restarting repeatedly. My brother had the same issue after updating his BIOS, and now he’s using the latest one that supports PCI NVMe cards. I’m stuck with the last BIOS update, and I don’t know what to do. I’ve reset the CMOS by removing the battery for a while and then putting it back, but the problem persists. Can you help me figure this out?
