With a smartphone you can download the driver from the Asus website and then connect via USB. I previously had trouble with Gigabyte in the same situation. Just tried using my first typing on K70 with MX blues for this advice. No issues at all. Have a great time!

What are the details of your computer? Have you checked the device manager for the Wi-Fi adapter and seen if you can download new drivers? Can you connect a long Ethernet cable to the PC until the Wi-Fi becomes active?

The included drivers for the motherboard are likely for wireless connections, but they won’t replace the existing ones.

I own a model like AMD FX-6300 with ASUS GTX-760 and M5A97 LE R2.0. As mentioned, I don’t have an Ethernet cable. I’ve looked into drivers and checked for updated ones, but they won’t work or replace the current one.

The motherboard doesn't include built-in wireless, so you'll need a PCI or USB wireless card/adapter like the one listed for your PC.

Your mainboard lacks Wi-Fi unless you use a converter, which will prevent connection.
