Issue description: As soon as I power on the PSU from behind the PC, the system becomes extremely unstable. All fans spin at maximum speed and the RGB on the exhaust fan malfunctions. The only lights that activate are the RAM RGB indicators. There is no display or BIOS response. Interestingly, when I press the power button on the case during this process, the exhaust fan lights return to normal, fan speeds reset, and the RAM lights also activate as expected. However, even after pressing the power button, the PC fails to boot.

Attempts made to resolve the problem:
1. Used single stick RAM in different slots.
2. Switched the PSU cable.
3. Reconnected the CPU.
4. Tightened all cables.
5. Tested with a different PSU.
