Did you ever fix this problem? I've been facing the same challenge since setting up my new PC in March this year. First, I changed the power supply to a Corsair Hx1500i, but that didn't resolve it. I've also tried booting with all settings default and turned off EXPO and PBO, yet nothing works. I keep updating the BIOS regularly, but so far it hasn't helped. Recently, my MSI motherboard received a BIOS update, so I'm checking if that might assist, though I remain uncertain. My crashes vary: mostly black-screen failures where the PC won't restart, sometimes RAM sticks stop lighting up and show a 0d on the display, occasionally a black screen but the system auto-restarts, and rarely the screen freezes while audio plays briefly before everything freezes. I have to manually press the power button to restart. Temperatures are normal, memory tests passed without issues. I'm running out of ideas, so any insights about these specs would be greatly appreciated.
