PC Randomly Reboots
Hello Everyone,
I recently assembled a new PC in April 2024. It has been functioning properly so far.
A few weeks ago I upgraded the BIOS to the latest version. However, occasionally it restarts on its own each day. Recently, it rebooted and the BIOS setup window appeared. I’ve attached screenshots.
My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z790 UD AC. Previously, the Gigabyte perf drives were enabled by default, but after the latest update they were turned off by default to safeguard the processor.
Operating System: Windows 11 (up to date)
CPU: Intel i7-14700K
RAM: 32 GB
MB: Z790 UD AC
GPU: RTX 4070 super
PSU: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 ... purchased in April.
SFC/Scannow reports no issues; Windows is running smoothly.
I’ve included system information and BIOS screenshots here. I selected the optimized default settings and rebooted when the incorrect BIOS settings screen appeared.
Please advise what steps to take.

I believe the power supply might not be sufficient for an i7-14700K with an RTX 4070, especially if it's only 750W.
Begin by verifying the condition of the RAM. Proceed with the instructions on how to run Memtest86 from the provided link. If the RAM is not the cause, assess whether the BIOS is functioning properly or if it encounters issues. If neither resolves the problem, consider the possibility of a GPU, CPU, or power supply fault. To test the GPU, disconnect the video cable from the GPU and connect it to the CPU. For the CPU, you may need to remove the existing one and replace it with another unless someone suggests an alternative method. The same applies to the PSU—could you please share its make and model?

1) PSU is fine and its not under-powered.
2) I ran program to check RAM and it did not give errors. I ran a program called HCI Memtest.
3) I think this maybe has to do with bios settings
WrongRookie wrote "If Ram isn't the problem, then check if the Bios is running fine or if it crashes.". How to check if bios is running fine or if it crashes?

There are also references to Amazon.
Concern is growing about Windows Defender being repeatedly interrupted.
What is the purpose of the TA.exe program?
TA.exe is a stock market charting application I created using .net. It's an older program from about ten years ago that processes data and displays charts. I've been using it for a long time without any system restarts, and often it wasn't even running when the computer rebooted.
