Afternoon everyone. My CPU is Ryzen 5 3400G with 16GB DDR4 RAM, GTX 980TI graphics card, and a 550W power supply. My PC behaves oddly—especially when running Football Manager 2022 or Sims 4. Occasionally it crashes with the error “IRQ not Less or Equals.” I’ve tried several fixes: ran Memtest86 overnight, completed a Pass Prim95 test for five hours, performed a Heavin benchmark ten times, and tested the CPU for three hours. The GPU was replaced and worked fine afterward. I swapped the RAM with my son’s PC, and he also had no issues. The problem seems to appear only during gaming sessions, sometimes lasting days or weeks without crashes in Sims, but then it explodes after a single playthrough. Windows 10 to 11 upgrade didn’t help. The PSU is only 550W, which might be insufficient for the GPU. Event Viewer and Minidumps point to the kernel, but nothing concrete. Any suggestions?

Visit C:\Windows\Minidump to see if any minidump files exist. If present, return to the Windows directory and transfer the Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (use your desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and include it in a post. Please adhere strictly to instructions since Windows doesn't allow file manipulation there.
