hey there, you swapped your CPU and motherboard from an i3 9100f h310 pro-vdh plus to a ryzen 5 5600 a320m. at first it only showed 2 cores and 4 threads, but after installing Ryzen Master it detected all the cores. later, when I played Apex Legends for about 15 minutes, my computer suddenly shut down. i thought maybe too many devices were drawing power from my power strip, so i unplugged my laptop and phone charger. then I tried GTA5 and it also shut off randomly. finally, i plugged the PC straight into the wall using a different outlet to rule out power issues. temps were normal at idle (40°C) and around 60-70°C during gameplay, and my PSU is a 550W MSI unit. in the Windows logs, the only entry matching the crash time was: a timeout reached after waiting 45000 milliseconds for the Intel TPM service to connect. i’m not sure what that means, but it might be related to old drivers or intel trying to locate my old CPU, which could cause a bug. any advice would be greatly appreciated—this is really confusing!

I haven't tried yet, I'm really looking for a workaround that doesn't require restarting my PC. But if it's the last resort, I'll give it a shot.

Your title is all wrong. you didn't swap anything, you built a whole new PC. Even if you re-used PSU and RAM. A new PC, especially changing main manufacturer (and likely a few generations newer) requires new Windows install. You can try to do the reset and install the new chipset driver. but IMHO that all is a waste of time and new OS install makes sure you can exclude that as the reason for your troubles.

Bad news, after resetting Windows and reinstalling graphics drivers via DDU, the system still crashes. The PC log only mentions a sudden crash without clear details. After replacing the GPU and checking temperatures, I can play in the firing range but experience issues during longer matches—crashing after a few minutes. Restarting restores some settings, but compiling shaders is necessary each time I launch Apex. Playing Overwatch is frustrating. I’m really confused about what to do next. Please help! 😅
