Issue
Power cut happened and the pc shut off right away even with an ups. When power came back it turned on instantly but immediately shut down again within a second.
Tried solutions
1) Swapped out the ram, cleaned them, placed in different slots at once, and tried single ram combinations
2) Reset bios by removing the CMOS battery from the motherboard
3) Power cable seems fine
Removing the graphics card from the mobo works fine but the system still lacks internal graphics 😢
Plzzz help, I don’t have any friends here to test the graphics card or try a different one.

It seems there might be a power supply issue. Could you confirm the exact model of your 450W Corsair PSU? They have some faulty and outdated units.
If it works without the graphics card, likely the issue is elsewhere. Try borrowing or purchasing an inexpensive alternative for testing.
The initial suspect is likely a Corsair 450 watt power supply. Do you have another functioning PSU available for comparison? Ensure you use only the cables included with the test PSU during the test.
The PSU could originate from one of the 'not a good quality PSU' lines produced by Corsair initially. Is the USP still present? When attempting to start it after the power outage—using or without the graphics card—is the PSU still linked to the UPS? Have you tried connecting the PC directly to the outlet with the PSU?
