The system repeatedly powers off until the CPU cables are unplugged, after which the PSU keeps it running. Fans operate, including the GPU, provided the cables remain connected, but power resumes once they're removed. I've managed to get it working outside the case, but now power cycling happens. The CPU indicator lights up each time it restarts. There seems to be no solution yet—cables rethreaded, CPU reinstalled, cooler replaced, but nothing is resolving the issue.
