Occasionally my PC powers off completely, including the RGB lights, then restarts instantly. The whole cycle lasts under a second, followed by a brief pause of about one minute. This happens repeatedly, with each restart lasting less time. Eventually it just switches on and off quickly, the power supply clicking as it does so rapidly—so fast I see a flash of the RGB colors. Your parts list is attached for reference.

No, it isn't a new power supply. All the cables appear to be properly connected.

Cables are fully connected. It's a new psu but the issues started when I purchased it. Could it be that the unit itself is defectional?

That's the starting point. Particularly when you mention it's a new update and this problem became apparent once the PSU was introduced.

Used a different PSU but nothing resolved the issue.

Did you assemble this system recently? Has your machine remained stable for several months before beginning to behave strangely? Have you inspected the CPU cooler? If the fan stopped functioning, it might indicate an overheating problem. After a couple of hours without power, does the PC operate normally for roughly 20 to 30 minutes?
