PC (Plex) isn't displaying video and the mapped drive is not accessible...
The situation started with the child experiencing issues on her iPhone connected to the network. With numerous devices—smartphones, laptops, tablets, and more—connected, the problem became apparent. I accessed my mesh system from storage, but it didn’t improve things. After disconnecting it, I attempted to transfer files to Plex, only to find the drive was inaccessible. A reboot didn’t help. Eventually, I connected Plex to an HDMI monitor, mouse, and keyboard, but no signal reached the display. I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong by checking the power status of Plex, its GPU fans, and the CPU fan. The keyboard doesn’t light up, and the CPU has no integrated graphics. I’m unsure if resetting the CMOS affected the previous connection or if something was accidentally re-established. It seems the 1050TI should default to HDMI, but I need to confirm the correct output type. If the GPU is powered and fans spin, but the keyboard stays off, there might be a motherboard issue. I’m considering replacing the CPU or motherboard to resolve this. I’m trying to stay logical despite the confusing technical details.
