Hey, I just set up my PC with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, RX 3070, and a few upgrades. It’s running slow and I’m not sure what to do next. I have the latest BIOS updates for F4, but they didn’t fix the issue. What should I try next?

Could you clarify the issue? Are you experiencing massive frame drops, stuttering, or freezing? Is the problem related to a delay caused by Vsync?

Hello. There are issues with stuttering or frame drops, and I don't have VSync enabled.
