I require your assistance. I possess a 2080Ti graphics card, an Intel i9 processor, 32GB of RAM, and an Asus Z390-E motherboard featuring two M.2 slots and a 3TB SSD, affording me ample storage. However, my computer has recently become significantly sluggish. I meticulously removed all files, essentially performing a fresh Windows installation and wiping the data from the M.2 drives, as well as updating the BIOS to its most recent version. Despite these efforts, my boot times and game loading speeds remain frustratingly slow. Please offer your guidance.

Regarding startup times, did you install Windows on your M.2 drive? That might be quicker than your SATA SSD.
