INFO: The RX 5700 i7-9700F with 16GB RAM was once the latest Radeon release, but it was downgraded to the 2020 edition once issues arose—this didn’t resolve the problem. Recently, my frame rate has dropped significantly, around a week ago. I don’t remember any specific steps that might have caused this. Some users advised using HWINFO to check clock speeds; my GPU appears limited to about 800 MHz, and the core voltage is near 0.750V, which seems quite low. Overall, my PC hasn’t aged much despite being only two years old—cleaning every few months helps—but performance has changed. For example, I once achieved 400 FPS in Minecraft, now it’s around 70 in mini-games. I’d really appreciate guidance to bring it back to its former speed.
The performance has decreased steadily, similar to other PCs, though my system felt noticeably more intense. Around a week ago, the decline jumped tenfold. I'm trying to clarify what's going on.
Small shifts happen when moving from one trial to the next, suggesting a single factor at play. The process feels slow but steady, like layers forming over time. It’s different from rapid changes—more like gradual drying, buildup, or other incremental effects. Much quicker than traditional solid-state transitions that unfold over years.
