Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

“I'm experiencing several issues with my gaming PC after upgrading components. Initially, I had a GTX 1050 Ti and Ryzen 3 1300X with 8GB RAM on an MSI B350M gaming pro motherboard. I upgraded to a GTX 1070 and Ryzen 5 2600 with an additional 8GB of RAM, resulting in frequent BSODs (specifically IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA). Whocrashed identified ntdll.sys as the culprit, which I addressed by reducing driver verifier frequency. However, after a reboot, my mouse cursor exhibited ghosting, and game performance, particularly in Sea of Thieves, has significantly dropped – consistently capped at 50 frames regardless of settings. Sea of Thieves even reported missing system requirements or outdated drivers after lowering the resolution.

My current specifications are:

* Ryzen 5 2600
* GeForce GTX 1070
* 16GB RAM
* MSI B350M gaming pro
* 1TB 7200 RPM Hard Drive
* EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze PSU”

“I suspect the cursor lag and game performance issues may be linked. I’m seeking advice on troubleshooting these combined problems.”

Remove the stick of ram you added and see if the troubles go away. Many times simply adding ram can cause instability. Also update your bios if you haven't already
