Hello. I assembled the system about three days ago. The components include a Cooler Master NR200P MAX case with power supply and AIO, a Zotac 4070ti, an i713th gen processor, and an Asus ROG Strix B660-I motherboard. I'm running Windows 11. While watching YouTube videos, CPU temperatures hover between 25-35°C. When downloading Steam, they rise to around 101°C. During virus scans with Windows Defender, temperatures reach 101°C as well. Checking the hardware monitor gives these readings.

Checked the thermal paste application, verified the pump header connection, confirmed the fans are spinning for AiO, and looked for any foil covering the CPU block of AiO.

I applied a tiny drop of thermal paste, all connections worked fine, the fans were running smoothly, and I removed the foil. The aio pump increased when things got warm. Might it be a software problem?

The reported speeds during throttling depend on the specific clock rates being adjusted by the system.

No, the aio pump is connected to an aio header, not a cpu fan header.

The P cores are set to 5.1 and E cores to 4.3. The Intel Stress test software was utilized.

Can you use hwinfo for monitoring your temps and fans. In hwinfo you should see all fan speeds (pump and radiator fans). When double clicking on a sensor value you also get a graph for the sensor. Check if they ramp up all together when the cpu temps rise. This is a screenshot from my system while a CPU performance test and currently the AIO is to small to handle the heat of the CPU. I already have ordered a 240 AIO to replace my small 120 AIO. The thermal limit on my AMD CPU is 90°C. The graphs on the left show the pump und fan ramp up when the CPU gets hot. My pump runs 470 RPM in idle and 1860 RPM at load. Fans at load 1980 RPM.
