I received this new PC today and I'm attempting to install GTA V. My internet connection is slow, so I plan to leave it running overnight. Can I do this? Is it safe? I'm just concerned because it's a new system. Thank you all.

It won't cause any major issues for most users who leave their PC running continuously. Ensure sleep is turned off if you need it to stay active and download all night. For a brand new PC, check the temperatures and verify everything is functioning properly using tools like HWMonitor or similar.

I own the same PC, but some versions are down. I left it overnight a while ago, which happened about 1.5 years back, and that’s why I’m concerned. Nothing happened to the older model, but I’m still worried. I just want to be safe. I mean, it’s cold here, so maybe that helps a bit.

It is completely acceptable. PCs are built to operate continuously.
