I recently detected an odor near my PC. It wasn't burning, and it also affected the air quality in my room. The scent was plastic-like, almost slightly sweet. I replaced the power supply units to check if that would help, but it didn’t. Then I took it to a repair shop, who found no smell even after testing. What might this indicate?

Likely just remnants from production methods, similar to the scent of brand-new vehicles. Ensure your space stays well-ventilated.
