He friend's computer began struggling to start after repeated power cuts. After shutting it down unexpectedly, it keeps cycling on and off repeatedly until it finally boots after about half an hour. Removing the RAM always leads to a successful startup. I ran a BIOS update, reset the CMOS, but nothing resolved the problem. It seems like the issue might be related to RAM, power supply, or the motherboard itself. The hardware specs are: Asrock B250 Pro4, i5 7400, 1060 3GB ASUS motherboard, one 16GB HyperX Fury 2666 stick, and a 1TB WD HDD with a 7200 RPM drive.
