Hey guys my pc insent performing well when it comes to gaming i have tried bf3 an bf4 and i keep getting low fps even tho i meet low requirements for both also my computer seems to be slugish a lot but there are times when it will be fast and responsive and times where it will be slow like opening google or my NVIDIA control panel i have tried to set power to high performance setting windows 10 to performance disabling hyper V And sensor data And disabling in Which is the new name for super fetch cause it was taking up a lot of disk space an resources like ram and CPU an i have also disabled windows update when i run a game so can get the most out of my pc then turn it back on after im done playing i have closed things in task manger and i forgot to mention i have built this pc by my self a year ago with parts i had from other Pcs the GPU i got for a good price can anybody tell me what is going on and what i can do to fix it an also if can run anything and if i can what can i run i cant afford a new pc or parts right now my pc specs are as follows

Absolutely. That computer is unlikely to run those (primarily) games effectively.
