There seems to be an issue with the PC not starting properly. All motherboard details are visible, and the BIOS appears when you press the delete key during startup. If you don’t open the BIOS, the system boots with the first display showing the motherboard and MSI logo, then another one appears. After that, the output stops, the screen signal disappears, and the keyboard becomes unresponsive. There is no visible output, but the PC is still running. You should try restarting the PC and checking if the display and keyboard work after power cycling. If the problem persists, consult a technician for further diagnosis.

consider trying a few steps one at a time
have you adjusted the boot sequence to use the USB drive?
restore the CMOS with a jumper and see if it boots
clear all storage devices and optical drives, then attempt to boot from USB

Are there several monitors linked? The desktop might be on a different machine—its screen could be off. Show all system details. Is there a built-in GPU? Consider booting without the integrated graphics unit.

Hello, I’m here to assist you with the necessary actions for PC repairs.
1) Attempt to reset the BIOS settings by pressing the ACCESS key (F2 or F12) after the system access screen appears.
...........................................................................
2) If you possess a Windows installation CD, after starting your PC, the Repair Windows option will appear.
...........................................................................
3) Should your HDD be present, observe whether there is simulated error noise accompanied by flashing lights—this indicates a faulty or damaged drive.
...........................................................................
4) For SSDs, verify if the SSD indicator light remains on continuously. If so, the issue likely lies with the SSD itself. If the light flashes randomly, it points to an SSD malfunction.
...........................................................................
5) Based on my observations, system errors and unwanted software can occasionally cause minor damage to HDDs or SSDs, leading to primary disk issues.
...........................................................................
6) In the scenario of a problematic drive 5, you should have another working hard drive connected. Plug it into a different port after disconnecting from power.
..................................................
If the system boots normally and Windows starts correctly.
.............................................
THE RECOMMENDED SOLUTION
In this situation, you should either connect your hard drive as a secondary drive to another computer and restore it to factory settings using FAT32 formatting.
.........................................
I also suggest using the Recuva file recovery tool with another USB drive or a USB key that has enough space for recovered files.
...........................................
If any of these steps seem difficult, feel free to message me for further help.
......
Good luck!
