Hello everyone, I'm facing a problem with my laptop. I'm not sure if it's related to drivers or something else. When I leave software running or videos playing, and then the battery runs out, I connect power again and try to continue what I was doing. The computer stops all the processes that were running before it shut down. It used to work fine, but now it halts everything unexpectedly. I'd really appreciate any advice you can give me. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your response. Here’s a rewritten version:
Your laptop is a Dell Precision 7720 with a Core i7 7720 and Nvidia Quadro P3000 graphics, running Windows 10 Pro 22h2 OS build 19045.2006. I bought it from eBay about six months ago and haven’t faced this problem before. I use it on battery when not connected, and I can run videos or drawings for up to an hour without plugging it in. Previously, it would shut down when the battery was low, but now it still starts programs after a short runtime. Could this be due to a battery issue, or is there a software problem with Dell?
