I would test every RAM stick individually to check for crashes. If all sticks perform well, I’d proceed to evaluate each pair next.

You've already tried several fixes, but it's still freezing or restarting. It might not be related to low RAM—your system is set to 32GB in DOCP. Could there have been a hardware issue during installation? A fresh OS installation could help determine the problem. What are your thoughts?
