My custom-built PC has been running smoothly until this morning. When I woke it up from sleep, I immediately encountered a BSOD displaying Memory Management code. I brushed it off, restarted the system, and continued working. After about 15 minutes, another BSOD appeared, this time showing SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I searched online, tried tools like Driver Verifier, CHKDSK, and sfc/scannow, and even updated Windows to version 20H2 while reseating my memory. Nothing resolved the issue, and now whenever a BSOD occurs, it crashes rapidly, making it hard to identify the exact error code. Fortunately, I recorded the screen with my phone, and it also showed SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. Any suggestions?

No, I'm not using an M.2 SSD as a boot drive.

Received another crash and noticed something about video memory management before it failed. Planning to replace the GPU if re-seating the M.2 doesn’t help.

I swapped out the M.2 and took out the GPU. Now I'm experiencing these two BSODs in a row...

Two issues stand out. First, your RAM is generating errors that disrupt data flow. Second, the M.2 device is causing direct corruption, leading to failed loads and crashes each time. To pinpoint the problem quickly, try booting from a different drive.

Do you think the issue lies with the hardware, such as the RAM or M.2 module? I’ve updated several drivers and it’s been stable for a while. If it recurs, I can replace my RAM with another system. I’ve set up two identical setups, making RAM swaps straightforward. *Note: Added "IRQL_not_less_or_equal" to the list. Also, I’ve observed slower sign-ins and tasks now compared to before; I’ll test the RAM swap now.*
